am trying to work with www.daz3d.com/the-moose I even tried to mleave hair quanity at the 1500000,still crappy..tried 500000 220 nroot 130 tip this crap tried 900000 at root 100 tip 70 which is seen in image still terrible

Try this:
In LAMH, shorten the fur on the lower legs and muzzle by holding ctrl button, the left mouse button and swiping left with the mouse.
In Vue, set the sun's shadow down to 85% and turn up the softness quality to 1. Set the render quality to final or better.
In Photoshop/Gimp, use a clone tool to fix the outer edges where the fur seems to get thin close to the moose's form -- I find that this is a problem with newer updates to LAMH. The fur seems to get thin as it leaves the form then thick again, giving that outline appearance around the animal's form. I just use the Gimp clone tool with a soft brush and use some solid part of the form to break up that outline.
